At Detect-Ed, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original designer tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring the 'Detect-Ed' invoice is included inside.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
